Monitoring student usage is very simple using various views found on the facilitator dashboard. Below are a few suggested ways to monitor students' activities.
In order access the suggested data dashboards described below first log in and navigate to the Facilitator Dashboard.
Click on the class name to open a class (i.e. 'Heroes').
Click 'Thx Notes' to monitor all notes sent for appropriateness. Notes can be removed with the “!” symbol.
Click on 'Roster' to freeze student sending of thx notes. Students can still receive notes and compose reflections when their sending is frozen.
It is important to note that freezing sending for a student will disable sending thx notes across all classes they are a part of. Even if they are part of another class they will still only be able to receive and reflect in those classes.
Click on 'Settings' to see where to turn off all thx note sending for the class. This is often used at the beginning to limit things to general gratitude reflections to build up familiarity and norms. You can also do this in your main dashboard underneath each class name on the class card.
