Users can receive email notifications to inform a user when they receive thx notes to review. The system checks for new thx notes twice a day. The user receives one notification with a number of unread thx notes (and does not receive a notification for every note).
Notifications are automatically turned on for Staff, Facilitators and Administrators. Student/participant email notifications are not turned on by default but can be. In this section you will learn about:

Administrators can turn notifications for staff on and off in the school view.
Staff and facilitators can turn their notifications on and off in the profile view.
