Assigning reflections to a class can help students practice general gratitude in a structured way using templates or custom assignments.
To begin log into your account and make sure that you are in facilitator mode. Once in your facilitator dashboard open a class you'd like to work in.
Select 'Tasks from the left menu. Then, click on 'Create Tasks' to create and assign reflections.
Choose a reflection template or create your own by choosing 'Custom'. Then enter an end date. Next click 'Create'.
Click 'Assign' to send to all students in your class.
Students will then see the reflection assigned on their dashboard.
Once a student has completed a task teachers can review the task and comment on the response by clicking on the 'Task' tab within their selected class.
Teachers assign and review reflections to help students practice general gratitude and to make meaning from their data and artifacts. They facilitate specific research-based practices for giving and receiving from the GiveThx curriculum.
