If you are an Administrator in GiveThx you can manually create student and staff accounts, classes and enrollments.
Following the steps below will help you manually set up your school.
First, log into www.givethx.org and select your Administrator Dashboard. You can navigate back to this dashboard and go to others via your initials in the upper right corner. Afterwards, complete the consequent actions in this order to create individual accounts allowing students, teachers, support staff, and administrators to log into GiveThx.

Select Users in the left menu.

Click New User in the upper right.

Fill out the following fields of information. Those with an asterisk are required:

First name* - Minimum 2 characters

Last name* - Minimum 2 characters

Email* - Must be unique in the GiveThx system

Grade - Current grade of student user

Unique Id - i.e The ID# in your school information system

Role*

Participant - Student accounts who participate in the program.

Staff - Staff members who participate but do not run classes with students.

Facilitator - Staff members who facilitate learning with students.

Administrator - Admin who manage school logistics, data, and monitoring.

Click save and New User to add more users if you wish.
Next create classes and add users to them.

Select Classes in the left menu.

Click New Class in the upper right to add a new class.

Name the class using conventional naming practices (i.e. Ms. Diaz 5th Grade).

Optional: Enter a unique ID for the class (i.e. the ID# in your school information system).

Enter an End Date before the end of the academic year

Select the current School Term

Select the Lead Facilitator from a list of users you created with that title. Administrators can also be facilitators.

Select Save and repeat the process to create more classes.
Finally you can add users to a class by selecting More next to a class name in the list of classes.

Select the tab at the top named Roster

Click Add Class Members to add anyone to the class.

Type in the name of any user you wish to add to the class.

Click their name card to add them to the “to add” list. Continue searching for users with created accounts and adding them.

Choose Add when ready to add the set of users to the class.
